8.33% of the annual gross for salary bracket up to 15L p.a. + GST. 10% of the annual gross for salary bracket above 15L p.a. + GST. Items not covered under gross salary: retiral benefits like PF, Superannuation, Gratuity, Reimbursements & Incentives.
A retainer fee of INR 75,000/- will be charged for positions 15L and above, which will be adjusted with the final invoice post placement.
Invoice will be raised within 15 days of candidate joining. Payment to be made within 10 days of invoice raised. Retainer to be paid in advance.
Validity of resume will be for 6 months. GRIP will provide a free replacement if the candidate leaves in 3 months in the standard fee model.
